I am so happy that I found Nicki and simplest details at the start of my wedding planning ! She was very patient and accommodating throughout as my vision and needs changed a few times ! On the day of the wedding she took control of the event and was such an amazing help ! She made all my decor elements come together perfectly and worked through a couple hiccups seamlessly ! She was quick to offer a helping hand where she could and her recommendations for my florist and officiant which I took were on point and both were better than I could have ever imagined. The linens and chair covers I rented from her were beautiful. Thank you Nicki for helping me on my most perfect day 😊

Hiring Nicki as our day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process! I am a very hands-on person and although it is typically hard for me to relinquish any sort of control, I felt immediately confident that Nicki would do an amazing job. From our first phone conversation (which lasted over an hour) to our first in-person meeting and finally our big day, Nicki constantly blew us away with her impeccable punctuality, organization and bubbly personality. On the day of, Nicki was vital in keeping everything running smoothly, right down to rehearsing the pronunciation of my name repeatedly with the Officiant before the ceremony, ensuring that all our guests were seated before the ceremony started, to keeping us on time and being there till the bitter end during take down. Nicki goes above and beyond and is phenomenal at what she does. We 100% recommend her; you won’t be disappointed!

I was impressed with Nicki from the moment we had our first phone meeting. Not only was she professional and efficient but kind, funny and genuinely excited about our event. I hired her as my day of coordinator. She was always on time and organized. She brought so much structure in the planning process as well as making the day of a breeze. Everything went off without a hitch and I felt calm and confident with leaving everything in her hands. I wish I could hire her as my personal assistant 24/7 because she is just that good! Nicki was an absolute pleasure to work with! It was suggested to me to have a day-of-coordinator by my friend who had met Nicki prior. I didn’t realize at the time how important this actually was until the the few days leading up to and the day of our wedding! Every detail was kept in mind and put together beautifully. The set-up of the ceremony, keeping everything on time and making sure everyone had arrived prior to beginning was the start of it all. Her timeline of events including pictures, dinner, dances and speeches, was fantastic! She went above and beyond for us even doing things such as getting more ice when our bar ran out. All of our family and friends commented on how amazing Nicki was and I still think it was the BEST money spent.

if you’re planning a wedding I highly recommend hiring Nicki! It was suggested to me to have a day-of-coordinator and I didn’t realize at the time how critical this was until the day of our wedding! Every detail was executed with such finesse...set-up, the ceremony (ensuring everyone was there before we started), timeline of lunch and speeches, and especially take down. She even offered to return a keyboard I had rented to the vendor. All my family and husband (now), commented on her level of professionalism and said it was the BEST money spent! Nicki was a complete godsend for our wedding. I met with her a little over a year before the big day. I wasn’t sure if we needed a DOC, but Nicki and her team came highly recommended by a friend of mine. After our first meeting, I knew that Nicki was the kind of lady you’d want to run your event. She is extremely detailed oriented, can take charge, has amazing taste and an absolute eye for design. Nicki was also our go to for suggesting over vendors; she helped with our photographer, our commissioner, and our florist. She was even in on a surprise from my hubby and worked with the DJ to make sure it could happen. When we met at the beginning of the year to organize the timeline, our meeting totally solidified that we made the right decision. I never once had to worry about if we had missed anything, Nicki crossed all the T’s for us. We also decided to rent her beautiful glass beaded charger plates, they totally made our look come together. If you have the chance to use her for more design and decor, do it. On the day of, Nicki worked with all of our vendors so we could truly enjoy the day. I never had to make a decision about anything, as far as we could see everything was perfect! She went out of her way to not only make sure that our day was great, but all that all of our guests enjoyed themselves. A huge highlight was finding out that she took our friends guide dog for a walk! When I think about our wedding and how beautiful it was, all I can do is smile from ear to ear. I know I will be able to enjoy our memories for the years to come.

I will never run out of wonderful things to say about Nicki and her team - she is attentive, warm and practical. Her sense of style is second to none and she will help to make your vision a seamless reality. We used the universal chair covers, rose gold table runners, gold charger plates and navy napkins to add to our day and it made the room just that much more special. I would highly recommend engaging Nicki as she will ensure everything is perfect.

After humming and hawing for many months about whether I should hire a day of coordinator or not for our wedding, I can safely say I made the right decision in hiring Nicki & Shayla (Nicki planned with me and Shayla was the actual D.O.C at my wedding). I’m a bit picky and a worrier at times so handing over the decorating and organizing of the wedding day wasn’t something I was super sure of but Shayla went above and beyond and made the day run so smoothly. Shayla also executed all my decorating requests perfectly and made some changes that made the decor look so much better even. Shayla was timely, organized and very professional and really good at keeping her hours within the time we paid for so we wouldn’t have to go over, which was so appreciated. I would highly recommend Simplest Details to anyone who is looking for support on their wedding day so they don’t have to worry about a thing and can just enjoy the day

As a skeptical groom (not thinking we needed any type of wedding planner), I’m very pleased to say just how wrong I was. I reluctantly yielded to my wife to be and her prodding me to spend a little extra. When I first met Nicki I was pleasantly surprised at how calming of an influence she was and I quite quickly realized she was the one! Needless to say this was the right choice on many levels. Not only was she able to help with planning she also helped us with decor and countless other details which would escape us mere mortals.
I cannot possibly encompass all of the ways in which Nicki helped make our day utterly brilliant and successful although it’s safe to say that’s she’s totally invested and is a genuinely amazing person. She made both of us feel at ease and instilled a sense of confidence in us, our plans, and her abilities.
